summer lunch

Summer is here and with it all kind of berries and chantarelles.
I am not the best in picking mushrooms but this one is really easy.
Between the moss, the chantarelles shine like gold.
The first chantarelles I always have to eat as plain as possible.
I just fry them in a tablespoon vegan margarine, add some salt and pepper and that is about it.
This time I served them on home baked sour dough bread and added a little bit of wild garlic pesto plus home grown parsley.
Oh I really love those swedish summers!
